Alloy is an annual invite-only event that brings together investors, startups, and leading Fortune 500 innovators who are interested in learning how to better engage with startups. In 2019, High Alpha hosted 300+ attendees in San Francisco for a day of inspirational content sessions and relationship building.
I was responsible for the design strategy and execution of the entire event, from name tags to the stage.
The stage was created with a 20 x 10 foot banner, and 12, 2x2 speciality lit hanging gator boards on each side of the projector screen.
The reception lobby
The lobby was used as the main gathering space in-between and after speaking sessions. The space designed utilized a large repeatable banner, large window clings, 2’x 2’ stacked foam squares, and a 16’x8’ foot mobile wall.
Printed materials included a the event agenda and a printed research with a branded belly wrap, table tent signs, and name tags.
